The Summer Suite

Cape Cod welcome 

Available for the 2009 summer rental season is a rental that we call "The Summer Suite."  It is located in a large  building on our property and
is next door to The Even'tide Resort Motel and Cottages in South Wellfleet on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

 Our newly renovated two-room suite has been designed to give you all the comforts of home...and then some.   As the former owner/managers of The Even'tide Motel, Armand and Lisa Audette know what the Cape Cod vacationer is looking for.

The bedroom has a queen-size platform bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, 27" cable TV with HBO, wireless Internet and a full tiled bath.

The large living room has a ceiling fan, a second air conditioner, a second cable TV with HBO and a loveseat.  A long tiled countertop holds a small refrigerator, microwave oven and instant coffee and tea.   A set of double doors separates the two rooms.
Two rollaway beds are available so that the suite can accommodate a family of 3 or 4.

The suite is decorated in a soothing blue nautical theme.  There is a private entrance from a small deck which overlooks an area of pine trees and gardens.  Free parking is available by the deck.

This suite is strictly non-smoking and we ask that you leave your pets at home as they are not allowed on our property.

We have direct access to the bicycle trail, and we also provide a map to guide you through a wooded 1-mile hiking trail in the Cape Cod National Seashore Park, bringing you to Marconi Beach.

By special arrangement, rental of this suite includes the use of the 60 foot indoor pool and the playground at The Even'tide Resort Motel (next door).  We provide pool towels, beach towels and beach chairs.

 Sorry No Pets Allowed.

Friday and/or Saturday rentals only:  Add $20.00 to the nightly rate.


Rates quoted are for up to 2 people.  There is a charge
for each extra person.

Adult  $15.00/night    Child $8.00/night (under 18 yrs. old, including babies)
