Supplies
Pillows, blankets and mattress pads are provided. Housekeeping
cottage guests supply their own sheets, pillowcases
and towels, including pool towels. Most household paper products
are not provided.
The kitchen and bathroom supplies we do provide are:
1 roll of paper towels,
kitchen trash bags, aluminum foil, dishwashing liquid, sponge, SOS, all-purpose liquid
cleaners,
2 rolls of bathroom tissue, 1 bar of bath soap and liquid hand soap.
Cottage Reservation Policy
A 50% deposit is required with reservations of one week or more.
Rent balance
and security deposit are due two weeks prior to arrival date.
For reservations
of less than one week, the full rent amount and security deposit are due with
your reservation.
Deposits, balances and security deposits may be paid by check
or money order.
Cottage guests are expected to leave the cottage in the same condition as they found it
(cleaning supplies and a vacuum
cleaner are provided). To this extent, a $100.00 Cleaning/Security Deposit is collected
at the time the rent balance is due.
It is returned by mail after you check out (no exceptions) provided the cottage
is left in the same condition as you found it.
Our cleaning crew sanitizes each cottage between
customers, however the cottage should already be clean when they
arrive.
Cottage Cancellation
Policy
Reservations are considered as commitments for the full period requested. Deposits are
considered by us as security
against vacancies caused by cancellations or date changes. In the event of cancellation of any
cottage reservation,
the deposit will be refunded, less a service charge of $50.00, only when the
cottage has been re-rented for the same
time period.
Please note the following:
•ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
•Bessie's Cottage is NON-SMOKING
•Maximum occupancy for this cottage is 4 people, including
babies. Our septic and water system is sized for four people and
we
do not want to overload it; nor do we wish to violate board of health
and fire code regulations.
•All vehicles entering our property must be registered with us.
•No visitors in the cottage after 11:00 PM
•Rental of Bessie's Cottage includes use of the indoor pool at
The Even'tide Motel, FOR OUR REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY!
All rules of the motel property must be observed, and no guests of guests
are allowed.
Children under 18 years old will not be allowed in the Pool Area unless
accompanied by an adult.
This arrangement does not include use of any of the other facilities of
the motel.
